The igv is not opening more than 56° after it has been loaded up to 20MW. On checking the control constant the constant value has drifted from 650-1040 Which is differ to other running units.

Constants are constant and can not drift.

We need A LOT MORE information to help.

 

The unit was run to full speed no load and the igv open to 56° from 34°.later when the unit was loader to 25MW it brought up an alarm of high temperature. Which the unit load was reduce to 23MW. Then igv maintain 56°opening for like 24hours then they shut it down

 

it surely looks like control issue, as i believe if IGV command and feedback difference will lead turbine to trip.
As mentioned before, this needs a lot more information on the history, was it under maintenance? if so what was done in maintenance, when the problem started to appear. Did u compare it to previous data from same machine and so on...
