I want to interface ADC0804 with 8051 please help me with complete diagrams, I want to connect LM35 with ADC0804 to sense temperature also.

I would think, that as a Technical Director of a house of technocrat, you could supply us with the complete diagrams. The way things embedded work, you will have to figure it out to be able to program it anyway. Feel free to ask specific questions and we'll try to help.
