PLC interfacing with different PLCs and SCADA system, interfacing and data gathering. Could it be possible to include the data gathered by one PLC to the SCADA system of the other PLC?

Yes, it's always possible at some level you just need to determine where they talk the same, for example. AB and Modicon have different high speed bus's, with different protocols, you can't connect those directly together but they may both have Ethernet and certainly both talk Modbus.

It's also possible to use a 3rd party black box to translate between 2 different protocols.
