Hi All - first post here - looks like a great community! I'm currently considering using Keyence IX sensors for an application, but I'm curious to know if you guys know of any alternatives. I need to precisely measure the height of a foam strip installed on a part to ensure the foam strip is present and located correctly. We tried using a Keyence IV3 camera and it wasn't precise enough in terms of assessing the location of the foam strip. I'm looking for laser displacement sensors that can assess an area and not just a point. Do you guys know of any sensors that do that other than Keyence IXs? Thanks in advance!
