Liquid Leakage Detector for Tube

The plant I work at does liquid filling of bottles, jars and tubes. They produce lotions, shampoos, conditioners, etc. On one of our tube lines we need something to detect if the tube is opened and product is leaking out. I discussed this with some of my teammates and they gave me a few items that a factory of ours in Japan uses for liquid leak detection. There is very little information on one of the components, all I can find is that it is some kind of strain gauge. I was also given an Omron K7L-AT50 Liquid leakage Sensor Amplifier. My ask is what/if any do you guys use to detect liquid leaks of a bottle/tube/jar? Any help would be appreciated.

The Omron K7L-AT50 Liquid Leakage Sensor Amplifier uses a capacitance-based detection method. This sensor detects leaks by sensing the change in capacitance caused by liquid presence near the sensing area. Capacitance sensors are sensitive to even small amounts of leakage and can work well in environments where liquids might not pool but still cause issues. You may need to place the sensing elements close to the areas prone to leakage. If you need to know about the environmental impact of industrial Valves i.e. Mitigating Leakage and Reducing Waste, you can see here:
