The Mark V TMR operator interface has a "list" of all of the inputs and outputs of the control system,

My question is: are all i/o signals pass via cores C and QD1 before enter in Core R S T and P.
I see some signals pass directly to R S T; because when I search about device CT-IF-1, I found it in R core not in CD or QD1
Please explain me

No. Inputs and outputs terminate on <CD> (<C>'s discrete I/O core), <C>, <R>, <S>, <T>, <P>, and <QDn> (<R>, <S>, and <T>'s discrete I/O core; "n" could be 1 or 2 depending on the number of <Q> discrete I/O cores; <Q> is a collective reference to <R>, <S> and <T> in a TMR panel).

It's important to note that some of the I/O that terminates on the I/O terminal boards in Locations 7, -8 and & -9 of <R> actually are "fanned out" (distributed) to <R>, and <S>, and <T>. Similarly, if there are any terminal boards on <S> in Locations 7, -8 or -9 the I/O on those cards is distributed to all of <R>, and <S> and <T>.

You should refer to the Signal Flow Diagrams in Appendix D of the Mark V Application Manual, GEH-6195, for more information about where signals are terminated and how they are distributed, or not, to various processors in the Mark V.

Inputs and outputs connected to the <P> core are used in both the <P> core and in <R> and <S> and <T> as well.

It's important to note that in most TMR Mark V panels, inputs and outputs connected to <C> and <CD> are used by <Q> (<R>, <S>, and <T>) in the control and protection of the unit. There are very few Mark Vs that execute (non-critical) sequencing in <C> with I/O connected to <C> and/or <CD>, but there are one or two such panels. In general the I/O connected to <C> is used in the control and protection of the unit by sequencing in <Q>, and <Q> writes to most of the outputs of <C> and <CD>.

Again, review the Signal Flow Diagrams and if you still have questions, we're here to help!

HELLO
- All Digital I/O are connected to C and Q via CD and QD.

- I/O analog are connected directly to Q and C cores without passed by CD or QD1.

PLEASE CONFIRM TO ME IF I AM UNDERSTAND OR NOT.
