I want to make communication between two laptops using tcp/ip modbus protocal.here one condition is there is no physical connection between those two laptops and there is no microcontroller is used. But i want to communicate with those two laptops using an software ide like visual stdio code any platform i can use. Not by the simulation and testing software like modscan and modsim was not allowed. i want to implement using any ide. experts could you please help which platform is very very suitable for my requirement? i was tried with visual stdio code but it has long process still not i am finished. And also guide the process to complete it
