We have a Moisture analysis application which measures moisture level in process hexane in the range of 0 to 100 ppm. We have a problem of the aluminium oxide sensor getting saturated at higher value and doesn't indicate te actual moisture. When sensor is replaced or old one is kept in a oven at 60 Deg for 24 Hrs, we are able to activate the sensor, but after taking in line again it goes into saturation after an hour or so. Is there a solution for this problem,Please help
