Can anyone recommend a vendor for the following items that we MUST have -- 12 in one month; more later.

We are:
Reworking existing equipment with MANY sensors.
Looking for input blocks of 8 inputs or more.
Ethernet/Modbus TCP
IP65 (or close to it)
M8 threaded female connectors
Power Supply: 24VDC
Sourcing: Input floats high if disconnected. Sensor active signal sinks
input pin to 0 Volts.

Can NOT use:
--IP20; The modules MUST be mounted outside an enclosure and can get
splashed a little. --Units that need anything besides a 0 volt input.
--Anything BUT M8 3-pin female connectors.
--Any other protocol over Ethernet

MIGHT consider DeviceNet if I can't find a suitable Ethernet module; but ONLY then.

REALLY appreciate any help out there!
