I want to know working of NGR protection. how is it work and why we use only one NGR protection in case more then one generators synch to the system

As for why only one NGR was used for multiple generators, only the system designer can likely answer that with any degree if certainty. Different systems have different requirements, along with economic constraints and physical space limitations.
