No Alarmas on MARk VI hmi

@Alejandro,

A "hardware license key" is also often referred to as a UPD--a USB Protective Device--and also as a "dongle."

GE usually used USB dongles for license verification; they sometimes had to be used to install the software on a compurer, and often had to remain in a USB port on the computer (HMI) the software was installed on to allow proper operation. Sometimes, the USB dongles were inside the CPU (computer) case, plugged into a USB port connected to the motherboard. Sometimes the USB dongles were inserted into USB ports in the back of the HMI and left there.

It would appear from the photo that TCI cannot "find" or access the USB dongle ("hardware license key"). It's either been removed, or wasn't installed or has come loose or maybe even has failed or the USB port it was plugged into has failed. You might try checking the MS-Windows Device Manager to see if there is a problem with a USB connection or chip.
