i couldn't make a connection between PC and GEIP 9070 GE Fanuc PLC, using MOXA 1150 usb to serie converter
someone have an idea about method & configuration to use.

Have you made sense of the:
Software selectable RS-232, RS-422, 4-wire RS-485, and 2-wire RS-485.

I seem to recall the 9070 is RS-232. Have you a driver for the cable?
