attempted to backup an OP7 project/recipes with ProSave v1.1. process would start and ultimately end with a "protocol error" message. tried each listed baud rate and 2 different cables with the same results. downloaded ProSave v7.1 from Siemens site but installation fails on a WIN98SE machine with an "OS not recognized" message. any suggestions?

 

Firstly, you could confirm if ProSave v7.1 be supported on a OS/WIN98SE , otherwise you will upgraded OS
