Operator Workstation, HMI, Touch panel

Do the terms operator workstation, HMI and the touch panel all refer to same thing?

Operator workstation --> Just a Monitor? or Monitor + PC?
HMI --> Device flush mounted on the front door of the cabinet with some displays for monitoring. Some may be equipped with touch screen for control.
Touch Panel --> same as HMI?

@Selk,

Over time you will see the same devices (pieces of equipment) called by many different names and terms by different manufacturers and suppliers. Mostly the items you listed are part of a machine operator interface, often called a HMI (Human Machine Interface) or MMI (Man Machine Interface) or operator workstation. Some operator interfaces can e desktop PCs, or panel-mounted PCs with touchscreens, some have pull-out mouse pads and keyboards. Some manufacturers even supply a full desk with built-in buttons and screens.

There really is no "standard" term or word for much of this equipment, and many manufacturers and suppliers want to be unique and not use the same words/terms as other manufacturers/suppliers. So, you're going to see--and probably even have to decide for yourself or your company what to name things (if not now, maybe in the future). To my knowledge none of these words/terms have been trademarked or copyrighted--but if you're going to be choosing words/terms you should probably do some searching if you're going to pick something before you spend a lot of money on documentation, sales materials and manuals.
