OTSG LPG fuel start up procedure

Hi that would be nice to know at least OEM of this OTSG I know back in the days that Alstom had a satrt up procedure which can be found in the (contractual )manual called the Overall Plant control concept ( so the overall operating mode of the whole plant)
It include schematics called Pfup for process function plans schowing how the systems and subsystems are connected and operating ...
(It is like a best drawing for OTSG Turbine ( Gaz Steam) and other BOP DCS are working all together
