Paralleling of two Bus Zone Protection Panels.
I will be replacing an old BZ panel with a new one, but to be able to switch off the whole substation is not an option. So I am looking into parralleling the two panels. The station has a single busbar with 2 incommer feeders and 3 Transformers supplying the customer directly. How would I go about this process as to avoid long outage times? The CT wiring and tripping circuits need to be transferred from one to the other. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
