One thing i wanted to know - how to calculate the P, I& D, because by seeing any response of any controller, i should be able to configure or analyze & act on same.

for example: if i get responses from field in this way that PV=30, SV=20, MV=~90% may what is the value for P,I & D.

PID Tuning requires knowledge of the process dynamics. That is, how
fast and how far the process responds to control valve movements.
