I am having problems with the readings of weigh belt Ramsey integrator totalizator to that of the PLC readings. the plc is under reading the values received from integrator totalizator. what could be the problems? the cable is screened.

 

Source of total value: Is the source transmitting a flow rate signal or total value?

Total Value: generated by internal flow meter calculation or a separate totalizer unit?
if separate totalizer, what is the input signal?

Transmission medium is: 4-20mA? Modbus? Etherne/IP? Profibus?

Magnitude of the values and error magnitude are: Should be xxxxxx units. Is yyyyy units

Batch or continuous operation?

Total resets at what value?

Does the error increase over time? at what rate?
