I have been experienced lately a lot of power outage where ACB trips frequently although the generator does not trip. The external conditions in this area is humidity of around 90% and regular temperatures of between 45 deg C to 49 deg C. The generators work through a synchronization panel and it displays under voltage when such a trip occurs. I have my doubts on the synchronization panel or the earthing of equipments in the camp while the synchronization panel supplied by another contractor disagrees to this concept.
Can i know what could be the possible causes for such a problem and is it related to the generator or its functions? How can we solve this problem and what are the actions to be taken. Will such tripping which happens every day harm the generator in anyway. I would also like to know what is the minimum capacity of load on which the above generators can be operated. I would also like to know what logic can be applied to maintain constant power taking all factors of load, failure into consideration to program the synchro panel.
