Dear ALL

if we use reducer on line size 20" for installation of 8" Coriolis flow meter with Operation pressure 10 bar. then why we get pressure loss & how we can calculate this value, Op.temp. is -104 degc (very cold)

Please clarify properly

 

really when we reduce a pipe for any reason like installation a flow meter or control valve for favor rate we faced with some pressure loss

please could anyone tell reason

And I thought it was just me!

Between this and the one about a hooter and a temperature controller (it's since been deleted), I'm not sure were headed in the right direction.
