The load cell are of sharebeam doubble ended type 3mv/v

--- in summer season the Temp. goes up to 45°C
otherwise we are operating under 40°C.

- he is helpless. He doesn't understand the problem.

-- The load celll are of Vishay transducers (Tedia) model 4158.
These are share beam doubble ended load cells.

--Those are compression type loadcells make-- Flintek. (Supplier is different from those two bad installations.)

--Visibaly no & if need to test how to test it?

--No. but I think we have to check. Bit difficult as these are continuously in use but we will do it.

> Is reading stable when the tank is empty (0kg) with auto tracking OFF? <
--We have not checked it. as the tanks never become empty. but at low load 2 Tons the readings vary within 30 Kg.s

> In the system working ok, did the supplier face similar problems at its installation <
