The customer is using the energy meter with Profibus connected to the SCADA system. However, when adding the GSV, the system is unable to detect any other point beyond the 32nd byte. This issue is visible in the attached images. Please share your feedback on this problem.

 

Please attach the energy meter's GSD file that is being used.

How is the SCADA system's I/O data configured for this device? Please check which modules from the GSD file that the SCADA system is using for the I/O data with the energy meter. Given the error, I suspect the SCADA is using a module (or modules) that total only 32 bytes.
