i'm currently using a RS422/485 interface card, and the card only supports normal RS422 and 2-wire RS485 connections.
When i do a point-to-point connection to a 485 device using 4 wires, i get certain amount of delay times in-between sending and polling of data.
To my (limited) understanding, a full duplex connection should not have any turnaround delays, and i'm suspecting my "4-wire 422" connection is working like a "2-wire 485" due to the chip it's using.
Am i correct or is there something i missed out?
