Anybody has them.

I am using an ABB RTU520. I have downloaded the configuration file from the RTU520 and I need to edit the configuration. Could you please let me know which software is required to open and edit this configuration file? The file extension is .rcd. Can this .rcd configuration file be opened and edited using RTUtil500? Please provide the required software details and the correct procedure to upload the modified file back to the RTU520.
