Why some servo valves tag no is 90 other is 65? Is it due to flow or other reason?

The reason is GE's interpretation of the NEMA standard used for their nomenclature (tagging) of devices. "65" is for a governor control, and is used for the Gas Control Valve and Liquid Fuel Control Valve. "90" is for a generic control, and is used for most of the other control servos on the GE gas turbines.
