One 6ra22 drive has got one problem, it shows overcurrent fault while increasing the speed quickly by the potentiometer. While increasing speed slowly tis not showing any fault.

During free ramping the drive shows overcurrent fault at 600rpm. then we reduced p gain from .37 to .34. Then the drive tripped only at 1000 rpm. When the drive is started slowly through poterntiometer it doesn't show any problem.

 

Is your current limit setting higher than the drives limitations? It sounds like it may be accelerating to rapidly causing the overcurrent. Also I have found with Siemens drives the autotuning feature works excellent, try it.
