Siemens S7-1200 PLC modbus reading issues

Hi everyone, I have a motor where i want to read the holding registery, at hex address 5013, ive done so with CAS modbus scanner at 20499 (hex to decimal) or in modbus special utility with 5013 (lenght is 1).

This is ofc over pc and works fine. But when i go into TIA Portal ive tried about 500 different configurations but i cant get any data out. to my understanding i have to convert the address it so it becomes 420499 or 420500, i also tried to just add the 4 so it became 60499 but that ofc gives wrong address error etc. Below you can see my attempt to just pull both 420499 and 420500, with no errors.
