Software solution for microcontroller 68hc12

We are using 9-bit serial network from Cimetrics company for our PLC that use MC68HC12A4 and RS-485 interface, but we intended change for RTU
modbus. We need know if there is a company that sells this solution or the suit software to developers for this solution.
