For your information, forum replies are from 'volunteers' who offer their expertise and assistance as they see fit.

There is no paid staff to execute any response in any form.

This is the nature of all internet fora that are not hosted as a support function for a specific commercial company. And I can state that as long time participant on the Siemens user forum, the user forum has almost no factory support.

My observation on this thread is that while it started in 2017, it actually started providing responses in 2020 from one volunteer, ControlsGuy25.

I observe that there is a notable lack of response from any of those who received a reply in the past, nor are many acknowledgements from those who received a response. This is not unusual for an internet forum, in fact, it's the norm. However, the usefulness of any forum is only in proportion to those willing to volunteer their support.
