Temperature control for GT SIEMENs V94.3A

Could someone explain me about the philosophy of Temperature control mode of GT SIEMENs V94.3A.

For the example : Why does the temperature setpoint increase by 6 degC when the HCO system isn't use.
 
what is status of machine when HCO not in use, is it on base load, what is exhaust temperature of machine when on base load, tell us in deep
 
From my point of view, when HCO is activated, it will reduce gap between turbine blade and casing which will help for GT efficiency.

When HCO is diabled, one way to increase GT output is - increase temperature control setpoint.

This is my personnel idea. Should anyone has reccommendation, is welcomed.
 
What I understand about the Siemens machine is - when HCO system is in use, it pushes the rotor to the stator side and reduces the gap between both of them thus increasing output. In the event of a fail safe condition the original difference is maintained with the rotor shift

Need confirmation, since I could be incorrect on Siemens machines
