I want to know, is there any free / at least cheap OPC Server (<= US $100). I want to use it for Wonderware InTouch 9.5 to access Modicon TSX 37 PLCs.
Besides, is there any great OPC Server Development kit, that I could use, so I could develop it easily (less than a month)?
Additional Information, I'm an undergraduate student working on a final project, which is to design a small SCADA system for 2 Modicon PLCs to control & monitor process in a several plants.
I appreciate any information & experience.
