We have several computers with almost identical Mark V HMIs installed, and they were able to run the control normally before. But a few days ago, one of the computers suddenly failed to start. We checked and found that the hard disk was damaged, but we did not back up the data in the damaged hard disk in advance. In the past few days, we tried to clone the hard disk of another computer that can still run, and copied an identical hard disk and installed it on the damaged computer. The computer can start the HMI program and run it. However, the data on the local controller cannot be displayed, indicating that the HMI computer and the local controller cannot establish communication. We reset the IP address of the computer network card. Since we don’t know what the IP address of the local controller is? So this is the only way. Restart the configured screen program and find that the data on the local controller still cannot be uploaded. I would like to ask all technical experts: How can I restore the HMI screen program of this computer now?
