I am in dire need of schematics, programming manuals, any pertinent information on a TI 435 CPU ... any ideas as to where to start? Siemens has been a dead end ...

Even when it was sold through Texas Instruments, the TI435 was built by Koyo. They sell it now under the nasle DirectLogic.
If you go to "www.automationdirect.com":http://www.automationdirect.com and look in the documentation for the DL405 family, you should find everything you need:hardware specs, software documentation... The hardware should still be compatible. The software for the TI435 is also available in Windows 32 bit format (DLSoft replaces Tisoft).
