Gentlemen,

We have triconex system model v9.6 used for LPG loading rack and tank stoargae farm. The 3 processors diagnosed to be healthy, however, the DO output card is showing alarms. Some fuses kept on blowing even when we isolate the field wirings to the fuses cards inside the marchaling cabinet.

If the problem is inside the triconex cabinet where shoud we start to check? the fuses card? the cable or the do cards?

Please advise and if any one has an electronic copy of the triconex please send.

I don't know the reference of your card but probably your card check the line and you should add one relay to solve this problem.

You can check the following.

1) Go to Tricon Diagnostic window and check any alarm appears for this DO Module.

2) Reset any alarm like voter fault and load fuse alarms.

3) If the fuses are blowing,you have a problem with your filed wiring going from marshaling panel. Check completely if required use the spare cables.
