Upgrading QNX and its Hardware

Hi
In our Plant there are many QNX based OTs . their hardware are too old and we are hoping to upgrade their storage . unfortunately their hard drive are IDE and their storage too limitied to 40 GB . how can we upgarde their mother board to use SATA hard drive instead of IDE ?
