I am Control system newbie on Turbine business. Can anyone please help me by giving me the steps and to fix this.

Error i have:

VCMI IO chngs «R»«S»«T» OK
L3COMM_IO

Control system Fault - Start permissive
L3SFLT_

This one is intermittent flashing red to green and vice versa and one comm card is making noise. Once the noise stops, the error turns to red; once the comm card stops the noise, it goes back to green, and the state as well from False to True.

Please explain to me what this might be and steps to fix this.
