How can I have a PLC OIT and a CRT displaying what is on the Operators Panel?

Your requirement as stated is easily handled a thousand ways. Every automation vendor you call will have an answer that works. You need to call some vendors, or post some more specific information that would explain why this problem is so difficult for you.
