I am using vibration sensor (4-20mA) proportional to velocity mm/s, and now I come to an issue which is I want to measure the vibration when the rpm ramp t up or down without getting faulty alarm, means i need the sensor to be clever enough to recognize if the vibration going up its not problem its because of the rpm increases , so do you think this is feasible? any idea please?

also I am looking for rpm to 4-20mA converter, I want to convert the speed of the motor to 4-20 mA to feed it in to my plc unit.

Generally it's the vibration monitoring system that suppresses unwanted alarms at startup;
however your description suggests unwanted vibrations occur on speed increase.

You also have a variable speed pump, so how / at what speed would you determine when vibration monitoring is to be suppressed ?
