But, glenmorangie is 1000% correct. Looks like some kind of protective relay system, and we don't have any idea what kind of problem you're having.

My watch is broken. What could be the problem? How would you help me? Wouldn't you have to start asking questions--perhaps lots of them.

Based on the information provided, I would say you need a new HMI or to troubleshoot the HMI. Get your screwdriver set out and start taking things apart until you find the root cause of the problem. Please write back to let us know what you find!
