Who know FIX/DMACS 3.0?

I am working for migrate older FIX/DMACS 3.0 to Intouch 9.0. But FIX/DMACS for Dos 3.0 uses IBM RIC multiprocessor card and Netbios service for connection of two FIX Node. The problem is error "Netwrok Node Name Registration" during excute DMACS.bat.

pls help me any one know older FIX/DMACS.
