Wonderware DASMBTCP Item naming

I am searching the right naming convention for the DASServer DASMBTCP from Wonderware. I try to get points from a Modicon TSX 3721 PLC through an ethernet-to-serial converter. In fact, I need to know how to transform an address like %MW124:X10 to something like 40001.
