Did you have ever read clearfully the OEM manual ....

Also looks like you dont have vendor /supplier Drawings??is that right...?

On the OEM there are precises details for getting the 2301 connected/wired to diffferents elements assoicated...

What is governor/turbine controller...is that a woodward too...?

Using kind of device and not know how to connect it ...is a bit confusing since you should get your vendor /OEM documents/diagrams provided ...
Also before installing such device must , there must be Load sharing studies... did you get that done...
It is not just like this .
