No. Modbus port 2 of Quantum CPUs can only work as a Modbus slave.

 

No, the Quantum PLC cannot employ Port #2 through the XMIT/XXMIT instruction. Only on the Momentum, you can use both ports for XMIT/XXMIT communication. Port #2 on the Quantum works strictly as a ModBus slave. However, the cost of the Momentum is so low (and it already includes the XMIT/XXMIIT loadable), you might want to Peer-cop with it from the Quantum ModBus Plus port. Creating sort-of a simple and fast "intelligent gateway." Good luck.
