I am working in a fertilizer plant. We have Yokogawa centum VP DCS system. In the Operator station HMI there uses yokogawa operation keyboard (Model: AIP830-111EIM) & the mode of this Operator Station is Operator(S1). The mode selection key remain off position in the keyboard. We want to change the buzzer assignment in the HIS setup tab but the function is disabled. If we change the mode selection key of the keyboard in ON or ENG position can the function enabled?

Hello Sayeed,
You need to access with ENG user name(S3) of the HIS screen(right side top) and can change the sound settings from HIS set up menu..
For eg. Soon you get on S3 level, type .SH in the tag name call tab and from there you'll be able to see the sound options..

Thanks for your info...Also i have another question. The below picture taken from 2 different HIS. One can open 8 pop up windows or faceplate at a time and the other can open maxm 4. Has there any option to open 8 pop up windows or faceplate at a time which has now 4?
