Keeping Control of Your Vision Systems
The MVC series of machine vision controllers consists of seven different variations, each capable of supporting up to 16 devices, including cameras and profile sensors. These controllers are equipped with an Intel Core i7 processor, providing high processing speeds to effectively handle real-time complex tasks. Depending on the specific model chosen, these controllers can provide features such as profile analysis, image analysis, or weld seam tracking. Additionally, some models also support interfaces like EtherCAT or PROFINET I/O (class C) for seamless integration with different systems.

Say Cheese!
The BBVK series of industrial cameras, recently launched by the Wenglor Sensoric Group, are equipped with advanced CMOS technology, enabling them to achieve impressive frame rates of 4.5, 9, 22, or 71.6 fps. These cameras offer a wide range of resolutions, from 1.6 to 24 megapixels, allowing for high-quality imaging across various applications. Despite their powerful performance, these compact cameras measure just 29x64x29 mm, making them ideal for use in space-constrained environments. Their ability to maintain high resolutions and capture exceptional images, even in challenging lighting conditions, makes them a valuable asset in industrial settings.
One Software to Run Them All
The Wenglor vision ecosystem consists of the versatile uniVision 3 software, which serves as the central hub for image and profile analysis across a wide range of devices. This highly adaptable software can be tailored to specific needs through the integration of robot interfaces, HALCON script, and RTE interfaces. What's more, the incorporation of cutting-edge deep learning technology, including the innovative Deep OCR module, empowers the software to efficiently handle plain text processing.
UniVision 3 also comes equipped with an array of tools for diverse tasks such as code reading, object locating, parameterization, and other inspection activities. In addition, the software includes a discovery tool that streamlines system setup by identifying and configuring network devices connected to the system.
Complete Vision Across Industries
Following the expansion, Wenglor is now capable of offering customers a comprehensive solution for vision systems across various industries and applications. These include end-of-line quality inspections in the automotive sector, position determination for robotic pick-and-place applications, and presence checks for lids and labels on products in the food and beverage industry.
