Listening to The Customer
Customers are the ones who use products and test them over long periods of time. Listening to customers' complaints allows companies to grow and produce products that meet customers' needs better than previous versions. Rockwell's new research lab will take customers' suggestions at face value and put them to the test. The research team will trial customer suggestions and hopefully integrate them into future versions of products.
