The series includes both single-ended and double-ended A-coded cord sets to fit various requirements. Additionally, they are available in multiple lengths to suit different installation needs. Key Features and Innovations

The high IP67 rating ensures resilience against dust ingress and water immersion, so they are suitable for washdown environments and outdoor applications. The rounded design was created specifically to reduce the accumulation of dust on wires during operation to improve workplace cleanliness. A temperature rating of -25C to 80C ensures the cords can be used in almost any environment. They are available for use with Carlo Gavazzi IO-Link masters and include label space for easy wire coding.

A robust over molded design provides an added layer of protection against physical damage. The addition of high-quality materials in the manufacturing process ensures that they remain resistant to harsh chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes. They come in M12 or M8 versions with straight or right-angle connectors available. The M8 version contains 3 or 4 wire variants, while the M12 version can come with 3, 4, or 5 wire variants. The cords come in standard lengths of 2 m or 5 m, but different lengths can be ordered to suit the user’s unique installation requirements.
