Antonio Armenta holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Monterrey, Mexico, and has more than 20 years of global experience in industrial automation, robotics, and manufacturing. He has lived and worked in several countries and has experience across industries including food and beverage, automotive, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. After college, Antonio moved to Germany and worked as an R&D Engineer at Siemens. He later focused on automated logistics and warehouse systems, including laser-guided vehicles and automated storage and retrieval systems, with Elettric80 and Tesla. Today, Antonio is a Senior Director of Engineering at Chobani, where his work includes engineering, automation, OT, and manufacturing technology. He is also pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Johns Hopkins University, applying AI to the next generation of manufacturing and industrial automation. Antonio lives in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife and two children.
