MarkVIe - UCSA Designated Controller Determination State is stuck

We have a UCSA Controller with Mark VIe Control System and we just replaced an IO Pack that was malfunctioning. After replacing the IO pack, when we were about to download, instead of just downloading the iO Pack, we selected everything and then performed the download. After that, the control state is in 'Controller Determination State", IO equality is indeterminate and designated controller is unknown. Please know that the controller is in TMR Configuration. Please also know that we have an archive before we proceeded with replacement and downloading. Is there any way we can resolve this issue? And what might be causing this problem? Your help will be really appreciated.

Strongly recommend get OEM's support for faster & timely support.
In the mean time, you may check for all the 9 IO NET LEDs are blinking in Controller.
Most likely a loose IONET connection or a faulty network cable or switch can lead to this state.
I came to know that, these controllers are no more made & even getting working Compact flash in market is almost next to impossible. Usually the lead times are too high. Do maintain adequate spares.

Do let us know how it has progressed.
