Hi People,
I am looking to replacing a faulty Alldales HVAC, but before taking the faulty one off the wall, i would like to download the information stored so it can be easily transferred to the new one (used but working i hope). I know i could upload the info manually however, a free download software would do a better job. I tried Danfoss MCT-10 setup but i doesn't recognise the existing drive. I was wondering if anyone as experience the same issue and found a solution. Any help is much appreciated.
